This clinical research study is evaluating an investigational gene-editing treatment for adults with uncontrolled high blood pressure despite taking four or more blood pressure medications. Researchers will study different doses and dosing schedules to learn whether it can safely lower and control high blood pressure.

This clinical research study is evaluating an investigational gene-editing treatment designed to lower high cholesterol and triglyceride levels in people whose condition has not responded adequately to available treatments. The study will also help determine the most appropriate dose.

Ages 18-80
This clinical research study is evaluating an investigational, long-acting form of letrozole designed to be given as an injection every three months. Researchers will compare the injection with once-daily oral Letrozole or (Femara®) in postmenopausal women previously treated for hormone receptor-positive early-stage breast cancer. The study will examine medication levels in the bloodstream, safety and tolerability, injection-site reactions, and the medication’s effects on hormone levels.

This clinical research study is evaluating an investigational mRNA-based seasonal flu vaccine for adults 65 years of age and older. Researchers will compare it with a licensed high-dose flu vaccine to determine how well it protects against influenza and how the body’s immune system responds.

This clinical research study is evaluating potential treatments for adults with high-risk Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (MASLD). Researchers will compare Tirzepatide and Retatrutide with a placebo to learn how well these medications work for treating MASLD and reducing the risk of serious liver-related complications.
